Shipping & Returns

Processing: 24–48 hours (business days).  

Spain: €4 standard, free over €70 (2-5 business days).  

EU: €8 standard, free over €70 (4-10 business days).

UK: £6.50 standard, free over £70 (4-10 business days)

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Size Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong size, please contact renee@plieshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We are happy to exchange items provided they are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the incorrect item was sent by us.
