Yes—studio‑safe traction improves stability and safety.

How do I wash them?

Cold machine wash, air dry. Avoid high heat to protect the silicone grip.

Do they fit wide feet? 

Yes—the knit has stretch and a snug arch. See size guide below.

Will the grips peel? 

They’re heat‑bonded silicone. Air dry after washing and avoid tumble‑dry high heat.
