Plié Pilates was born out of something very simple: I wanted to wear activewear that made me feel graceful like a ballerina while moving my body.

As an aspiring Pilates teacher, I’ve always loved the grace and femininity of ballet: the elegance, the posture, the quiet strength. But I noticed something missing, no one was creating socks that combined the functionality of Pilates grip socks with the delicate, feminine aesthetic of ballet.

So, I decided to create them myself.

For me, Plié Pilates is more than just socks, it’s about bringing a little everyday luxury to your Pilates practice. It’s about slipping into something that makes you feel strong, stylish, and a little bit like a princess, whether you’re in the studio or at home.

I’m not a ballerina, I’m just a creative, active woman who loves Pilates and wanted to share something I truly wished existed. Plié Pilates is my way of blending wellness with beauty, because moving your body should feel as graceful as it is powerful.

As we grow, my dream is to expand Plié Pilates into a full range of ballet-inspired activewear, meaning pieces that carry the same elegance, comfort, and strength as our signature socks. Each design will reflect the heart of our brand: thoughtful details, soft lines, and a touch of ballet-like grace for your everyday movement
